Welcome to Black Forest Academy's internet home. As we pass our 50th year of operation we are endeavoring to use the best of today's technology to highlight the best of our enduring traditions. In 1956, before anyone dreamed of a website, a small group of Canadian missionaries serving in Germany began providing their children with a North American education. A lot of things have changed since Black Forest Academy's first year, but the dream and vision of a quality international Christian education for missionary children continues as strong today as it did in 1956.

Here at BFA, we believe in the God-given potential that resides within our international young people who are becoming globally-minded Christians that will change their world for Christ. That's our vision. That's what motivates us to give our very best to this work. Touching the future, leaving a legacy through young people is what it's all about.

Whether this is your first or your fiftieth visit to our site, whether you are an alumnus, parent of a current student, or a past or potential donor to BFA, we ask that you make yourself at home and get to know us better.
